Join
Sign in, open Dashboard → Account → Affiliate, and choose your payout country. That country is locked after you join. Verify payouts on that tab to unlock complimentary Starter with monthly AI credits.

Share
Send your personal webw.ai link. Anyone who opens it carries your referral for 90 days.
Step 3
Earn
When your customers pay for Starter or Pro, you earn a share. Hosted Free does not count.
The rules
How credit, rates, and payouts work
These are the program rules. Joining means you agree to the Affiliate section of our Terms as shown here and in your dashboard.
Who can join
You must be signed in. Payouts are available from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, India, and countries in the European Economic Area. You pick that country when you join and cannot change it later.
Your link
You share a personal address in the form webw.ai/?ref=your-code. That is the only link that attributes a visitor to you.
What pays
Credit only when your customers pay for Starter or Pro paid plans. Hosted Free does not pay. You cannot earn on your own subscription. Current plan prices are on our pricing page.
The rate
New members earn 20% of the amount paid, not including tax. After $500 of lifetime referred paid revenue (including renewals), later invoices earn 25%. The invoice that crosses $500 stays at 20%.
Lifetime commissions
You keep earning on paid renewals for customers you referred. That continues for the life of those subscriptions unless the activity pause below applies.
90-day last-touch
If more than one affiliate sent them, the last link used inside 90 days receives the credit.
30-day hold
New earnings wait 30 days before they are payable. That covers refunds and disputed charges.
When we pay
Payable earnings transfer on the 1st of the month (UTC) when the ready balance is at least $50. Amounts under $50 roll forward.
365-day activity pause
To keep earning on renewals from customers you already sent, you need at least one new paying customer every 365 days. That clock starts when the new customer's first paid invoice finishes the 30-day hold. If the clock runs out, later renewals from older customers do not add new earnings. Amounts already waiting or already paid stay yours. Send another new paying customer and earnings start again from the day their first payment clears the hold — not for the months you missed.
Example: In April, Alex — a new customer from your link — pays Starter, and that first payment clears the 30-day hold. You then have until the following April to send another new paying customer. If you do not, you stop earning on Alex's later renewals. If you send Jordan in August of that next year and Jordan's first payment clears the hold, you earn on Jordan going forward, and Alex's renewals start paying you again from that day. You do not earn for the gap in between.
Refunds and disputes
If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed.
Payout partner
When you set up payouts, you continue on our payments partner's secure pages. They verify your identity, collect the bank details needed to pay you, and process the transfers. WebW.AI never sees your bank account number.
We resolve questions about attribution and payouts in good faith and honor these program rules. When a review shows an adjustment is due under these rules, we update your earnings record. Start in Dashboard → Contact us, topic Affiliate & payouts. If we cannot resolve the matter within 30 days, either of us may refer it to binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of a nationally recognized arbitration organization then in effect, which we will designate when the matter is referred — or to small claims court where that court has jurisdiction. Joining means you agree to this process and to the rules on this page and in your dashboard.
