Our platform and layouts

WebW.AI owns the page layouts, structural design system, Golden Layout templates, inline styles and scripts we generate for your site, curated stock photos from our image program, and the overall look and structure of sites built on our platform.

A paid or free hosted plan gives you a license to use your generated site on our hosting — not ownership of our underlying code, layout kit, or design assets to export and host elsewhere.

Your content

You own your business information, written text, uploaded logos, custom photos, and any AI images or logos you paid to generate through WebW.AI.

By using WebW.AI you grant us permission to host, display, and process that content so we can build, preview, publish, and deliver your site and related services (such as contact-form lead delivery).

When you need a copy of what you own, use Download my data in Dashboard → Settings. You get a words ZIP plus separate links for photos, logos, and videos you uploaded or paid to generate — not layouts, theme, or our curated stock photos.

Hosted license only

Hosted Free, Starter, and Pro plans grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated site on WebW-hosted infrastructure — your webw.ai address and, when your plan includes it, a connected custom domain — for as long as your account has an active entitlement for that site.

That license ends when your site is unpublished, your account is closed, or your entitlement no longer covers the features in use. It does not grant a perpetual right to host the WebW layout system outside our service.

No copying the layout system to avoid fees

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or rehost the generated HTML, CSS, JavaScript structure, Golden Layout designs, or platform asset bundles on third-party hosting in order to avoid subscription fees or to operate a competing site builder.

Saving a personal offline archive of your own business words for disaster recovery is fine. Redistribution of the WebW layout system or using it as a substitute for paid hosting is not.

No layout kit redistribution

You may not extract, republish, or sell WebW layout CSS, components, or generated structure as a template pack, theme marketplace item, or competing product.

Curated stock photos

Curated pool photos we place on your site are licensed for display on your WebW-hosted published site under our image program. They are not a perpetual download right for arbitrary use after you cancel or unpublish.

Photos and logos you upload remain your content. AI-generated section images and logos you pay to create follow the same hosted-use scope unless we state otherwise at purchase.

Fonts

Published sites use self-hosted fonts from our allowlisted open-licensed families. We do not grant proprietary font rights beyond those licenses. License notices ship with published sites where required.

Hosted Free attribution

Hosted Free published sites must keep the on-site WebW.AI attribution badge (or successor wording we specify). Removing it requires a paid tier that omits on-site attribution.

Paid plans and attribution

Starter and Pro omit the on-site attribution pill. That marketing benefit does not transfer ownership of Golden Layouts, structural code, or platform IP to you.

Changing or canceling a plan

Where: Dashboard → Billing. When: Changes start right away unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Refunds: We refund unused time in this period when the refund goes through. If the refund cannot go through, your plan does not change. Upgrades refund unused time in this period. Downgrades and cancels refund unused time in this period, limited by unused AI credits.

Before we switch you down or cancel, we save a dated backup of your full site. On Starter, your homepage stays live as one page; Pro-only page content may fold into hidden sections. On Hosted Free, your site stays at your webw.ai address with Free-tier sections; paid features come off and a custom domain pauses.

If you subscribe again, we ask whether to keep the live site or restore the backup.

Deleting your account takes sites offline and closes your account — different from canceling a plan. We may keep a compliance archive where the law requires it; that archive is not offered back through Billing.

Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, publishing a site, or starting paid checkout, you agree to these Terms with Georgia Webtech LLC, doing business as Hosting Knight, and our Privacy Policy. We may update them; continued use after notice means you accept the current version.

Acceptable use

You may not use WebW.AI for unlawful content, abuse of contact forms, harassment, scraping other customers’ sites, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.

We screen prompts and may refuse or remove content that violates policy. If we must take a site offline for legal or policy reasons, we keep a compliance archive that is not restored through Billing.

Contact forms and leads

Published contact forms post to WebW infrastructure. Lead delivery to your inbox is part of the hosted Service — not a portable backend you can replicate from View Source alone.

You are responsible for how you use lead data and for telling your visitors how you handle their messages.

Affiliate program

These rules apply when you join the WebW.AI Affiliate program from Dashboard → Account → Affiliate. By joining you agree to this section and the rules shown on /affiliate and in your dashboard.

Who can join: You must be signed in. Payout countries are listed at join and locked afterward. Your personal link is webw.ai/?ref=your-code — the only link that attributes visitors to you.

What pays: Credit only when a different person pays for Starter or Pro. Hosted Free and your own subscription do not pay. Current plan prices are on our pricing page; commission uses invoice amount excluding tax.

Rates: New members earn 20% of amount paid, excluding tax. After $500 lifetime referred paid revenue, later invoices earn 25%. You keep earning on paid renewals for customers you referred while you stay active, subject to the activity rules on /affiliate.

Attribution: 90-day last-touch — the last affiliate link used within 90 days receives credit. Earnings wait 30 days before payable. We pay on the 1st of the month (UTC) when at least $50 is ready; smaller balances roll forward.

Refunds and disputes: If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. Payouts run through our payments partner; WebW.AI never sees your bank account number.

Complimentary Starter: After payout verification on Hosted Free, you may receive complimentary Starter with monthly AI credits to demo the product. Your own plan does not earn commission.

Disputes: Start in Dashboard → Contact us, topic Affiliate & payouts. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under commercial rules of a nationally recognized arbitration organization we designate, or to small claims court where allowed.
