Account email and sign-in records; preview and published site drafts; billing and subscription records when you pay; contact-form messages visitors send on your published site; optional email category preferences; affiliate referral cookie data when you accept marketing cookies.
Why we use your data
We process data to provide the service you request (account, site generation, publish, billing, lead delivery), to secure the platform, and to comply with law.
Optional product email and affiliate attribution cookies rely on your consent where required. You can change optional email categories when signed in on this page.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, and transactional email. They process data only to deliver the service on our instructions.
How long we keep data
We keep account and site data while your account is active and as needed afterward for billing, support, and legal compliance. Account deletion removes public sites; we may retain a limited compliance archive where required by law.
Contact-form leads are delivered to your inbox by email. We do not keep a long-term lead archive in your dashboard; we may retain limited technical logs for abuse prevention and security, typically for up to about 90 days.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your data may be processed in the U.S. and where our providers operate.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Use Dashboard → Settings → Download my data for a copy of your words and owned media, or delete your account from Settings.

Contact form leads
When someone submits your published contact form, we email the message to your lead inbox (your account email by default, or a verified address under Dashboard → Lead inbox). We do not sell lead content.
Email preferences
Required account notices — sign-in links, publish confirmations, and contact-form leads — are transactional and cannot be turned off while you use the service. Optional product tips and affiliate news can be managed when you are signed in.
